What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I practice what I preach 😂 which is to take one day at a time,  be mindful of little moments,  express gratitude,  exercise daily or a few times a week, even if it’s just a mile walk,  get up and move your body.  Don’t take social media seriously,  unless it’s your source of income of course 😉.  Stop comparing your life with the reel on social media . The grass is not always greener on the other side.  

Lastly,  I stay deeply rooted in my faith.  Research has shown that people who believe and practice a religion have a better structured and disciplined life.  I would like to  use this opportunity to invite you to give Jesus Christ a chance in your life. He is the way, the truth and the life.
